Hip-hop dance class (Term-time Mondays 8-10yrs 16:30-17:30; 11-16yrs 17:45-18:45PM)
Dance classes for young people aged 5-16. Classes are a fantastic opportunity to learn new dance skills, boost confidence and meet new people. Sessions are led by experienced instructors from Body Politic who work hard to create a safe and supportive environment where students feel empowered.

Students learn more than just how to kick and punch; they learn self-discipline, etiquette and respect.

After school club for young people aged 11-14 runs on Tuesdays during term time at the Science Oxford Centre. Learn new arts and tech skills, make friends and have fun! Arti-Techs also have the option to work towards certificates. Code, craft and create – work on cool projects and designs including creative coding and micro:bits, computer-aided design; soldering and circuits, woodworking, filmmaking with green screen; stop motion animation and much more. |

6th Headington Brownies (Tuesday (term time only) 17:45-19:00)
A friendly and lively Brownie Unit in Headington. Varied meetings, indoors, outdoors, visiting different places - each term varies depending on what the Brownies choose. Brownies are welcome from all over, regardless of postcode or school, as long as they are between 7 - 10 years old they are very welcome.
The Brownies lead the programme and over the course of their time will gradually collect various badges and achievements. |

Beavers are usually aged between 6 and 8. Activities are based around making things, outdoor activities, singing, playing games, going out on visits, investigating nature, listening to stories, learning how to be safe and most importantly, making new friends

Cubs (Tuesday 18:30-20:00)
Cubs Scouts are the second section in the Scout Association. Members are usually aged between 8 and 10½, though young people can join from the age of 7½. Cubs get a chance to try lots of different activities like swimming, music, exploring, computing and collecting.
Cub Scouts also take part in sleepovers and camps at least once a year. Cubs also take part in District and County outings and events, including camps, competitions and day trips. |

couts are usually aged between 10½ and 14.
Scouts take part in a programme that helps them to find out about the world, encourages them to know their own abilities and the importance of keeping fit, and helps develop their creative talents. It also provides opportunities to explore their own values and personal attitudes. Being outdoors is important, and half the programme is given to taking part in traditional Scouting skills, such as camping, survival and cooking, as well as a wider spectrum of adventurous activities, from abseiling to zorbing. Scouting is about being with friends, as part of a team, and participating fully in the adventure and opportunities of life. Scouts take part in many District and County outings and events, including camps, competitions and hikes. |

Aerial Arts (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings)
Studio 2 is a community for learning, practicing and sharing Aerial Arts. There is a schedule of classes including Trapeze and Aerial Silks for Children and Adults in a range of abilities.
Aerial arts is a total body workout that builds strength and flexibility but we don’t expect each student to have these already, that is what we build together! Kids (8-16 years) /Teen (13-17 years) classes classes typically run in courses (usually 5-6 weeks) which try to coincide with school terms and take into account major public holidays. |

Headington Youth Football Club (days and times TBC)
Headington Youth FC, are an FA Charter Standard football club, based in Risinghurst. (Boys: U8 Yellow, U8 Blue, U10, U11, U12, U13 Blue, U13 Yellow, U14, U15, U21 Girls: U10, U12, U13 Yellow, U13 Blue and U18 teams). All teams have a coach who holds a minimum of an F.A Level 1 certificate, which includes First Aid and Safeguarding Children qualifications and all have completed a FA DBS check.
Children from the age of 6 are welcome (boys and girls) who wish to develop their football skills in a safe and friendly environment and be part of a team. |

Ranging in age from six to nine, Elfins is where many young people start their Woodcraft Folk journey. A varied programme of activities helps children discover their local environment, learn to co-operate, and express their opinions.
The programme includes high-energy games to reflective discussions, helping young members grow in confidence and work with others. Visit the Science Oxford Centre for a unique family experience. Explore, discover and play in the Exploration Zone, where children and grown-ups alike have fun experimenting with interactive exhibits – create and test flying designs at the Air Table, build a giant magnetic ball run, and see what’s hot and what’s not with the Curious Camera. Experiment with water flow and dam building at the outdoor Water Lab.
